At Island Hobby Nut, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that certain precision tools and electronic components may be subject to specific manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to our main hobby center address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
